- The Service Coordination Supervisor will lead a hybrid team of Service Coordinators to achieve operational excellence and ensure world-class service delivery. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to drive strategy, coordinate daily activities, and implement proven solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- As a working supervisor, you will lead, coach, and supervise a team of Service Coordinators, helping to ensure alignment with operational goals and performance standards.
- *Evaluating the performance of team members.
- Perform administrative duties, including time-off and payroll approvals, budget planning discussions, and corporate credit card expense authorizations.
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer happiness.
- Address complicated customer issues and ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service quality and response time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
You have:
- To compete for the Service Coordination Supervisor role, you should bring:
- An academic background in management, business administration, or a related field, or ideally five years' experience in team leadership, service coordination, or customer service management.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with ERP systems; prior experience with Epicor is preferred.
- The ability to adhere to company policies and successfully implement improvement strategies.
