Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD

Security Clearance Requirement: Top Secret with SCI eligibility. May require a CI polygraph.

The Software Network Integration Lead will support NAVAIR's PMA-262 and the MQ-4C Triton Integrated Test Team (ITT). This role involves coordinating and executing software and network integration, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and system functionality across Triton program assets. You'll apply your expertise in systems and network integration within a high-paced, lab-based environment to ensure flawless connectivity and performance across the Triton enterprise. The position is based at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Network/NetConfig roadmaps for all software products, including PPSM updates and aircraft IP file development.
  • Plan, prepare, and review all network configuration artifacts to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with Platform CYBER teams on external connectivity requirements and security compliance.
  • Coordinate with PMA Mission Systems to align network updates with fleet operational needs.
  • Serve as the lead subject matter expert (SME) for network software issues, troubleshooting, and NATOPS input development.
  • Partner with Configuration Management (CM) to maintain Hardware/Software Configuration Matrices (HSCMs).
  • Work with the Software Support Activity (SSA) to update and maintain the System Administrator Manual (SAM).
  • Lead and execute network integration and test efforts in both lab and live test environments.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related STEM field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years supporting a DoD or NAVAIR program (preferred).
  • Network+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Proven ability to manage complex network integration efforts in secure, mission-critical environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Position may require a CI polygraph, but this is not required to start. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

  • The estimated salary range for this position will be $125,000 - $150,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
