This position will oversee the operations of multiple stores within a designated geographic area. Ensure optimal staffing levels in each store. Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees. Enhance store personnel productivity by collaborating with Assistant Managers to reduce turnover, provide training, address performance issues, and improve communication channels. Conduct and administer performance evaluations for all direct reports from each store. Offer ongoing coaching to each Assistant Manager. Manage inventory and accounts receivable to align with budgeted levels for each store. Monitor other controllable expenses to ensure proper store management within budget for each store. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each store's core market segment(s). Formulate strategies to determine the business viability of establishing focused market segment stores and how that can impact business growth and customer satisfaction. Implement store readiness programs to ensure store appearance, merchandise, and inventory levels consistently meet Division standards. Develop and implement store market plans based on market conditions, store mission type(s) and financial/budget objectives. Consider the impact of all surrounding Pod/nearby store locations
The individual selected for this role will be expected to be onsite and manage Store #705110 and Store #703338.
This position's typical schedule is 48 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal
  • If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
  • Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management ("CRM") systems
  • Have an associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams
  • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
