As a trusted partner and leader in providing energy and sustainability consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of achieving energy security and data management in a changing world. As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. CTC is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the delivery of technology integration, data management and analytics solutions within our ERS Division. This collaborative role blends client-facing work, team leadership, and hands-on technical support. As Manager, candidates will work closely with senior clients to understand their challenges, and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure initiatives provide mission value.

Robust data strategies and technical innovation enables insights, drives automation, and helps CTC and our clients establish trusted, well-governed operations. This individual will oversee a portfolio of small, multi-disciplined teams across multiple contracts, balancing management of a strategic focus area with overall team performance. The successful candidate will foster a culture of innovation and excellence while ensuring solutions deliver mission and business value.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Client Success
    • Drive innovation and operational excellence that meet and exceed client expectations.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of robust data governance and management solutions to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
    • Translate complex client needs into actionable technology focused solutions, strategies, workflows, and data-driven decision-support tools.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client integrations and collaborations.
    • Act as a technical subject matter expert on multiple projects.
  • Inspire and Lead Teams
    • Mentor and lead a team of 8-10 professionals, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive strategic, cross-disciplinary projects that grow CTC's technical capabilities.
  • Grow the Business
    • Develop and execute business development strategies that expand CTC's presence in new markets.
    • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
    • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progress toward successful deals.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, or business field plus 8 years directly related experience.
  • 15+ years of experience working with data and technology integration and transformation effort.
  • Deep understanding of DoD and Air Force operations
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology integration or data management solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions to achieve client mission requirements.
  • Skilled at articulating the importance of technical innovation and data governance to senior leaders to articulate business value and risk.
  • Ability to maintain as US Government Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Masters degree.
  • Experience with transformational programs that span organizational and/or functional boundaries.
  • Familiarity with implementing or leveraging data governance and management technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
