Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full time

Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

Osaic is seeking an organized, detailed and energetic Treasury Specialist who will support the Treasury team in day-to-day operations. The Treasury team works in close coordination with FP&A, Accounting and Operations, and is responsible for management of the company's public debt, cash forecasting, liquidity planning and management, as well as Regulatory Reporting. This position will be responsible for processing wires, monitoring cash balances, managing short-term investments and maintaining banking documentation and relationships. In addition, the Treasury Specialist will support corporate debt management, cash forecasting and liquidity management through detailed analysis and preparing materials to communicate to senior leadership. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience in corporate finance and treasury operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing wire packages and verifying approvals

  • Monitor bank accounts and support funding requests

  • Review and escalate positive pay exceptions

  • Help process check voids and stop payments

  • Maintain user access for banking platforms

  • Organize and file treasury documents

  • Support audit requests and documentation

  • Assist with updates to treasury policies and procedures

  • Perform basic financial data entry and reconciliations

  • Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects

  • Maintain positive working relationships across departments

  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field patterns preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Basic Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury operations

  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Internship or entry-level experience in treasury or finance

  • Familiarity with banking platforms or treasury systems
