The Operations Management Director will report directly to the Sr. Director, Strategic Planning and is responsible for executing strategy, and driving business transformation and operational excellence across Cox Fleet business. The Director will lead a team and assist in the planning, development and execution of these strategies. The Director will also help develop strategies that are vital to enabling Fleet as they pertain to partner relationships (Clients, Vendors and Other Business Partners). The Director will have direct contact with our Customers, External Business Partners and matrixed internal business partners to help improve the business. The Director will bring ideas, concepts, and competitive threats to light to help develop plans to mitigate these threats as well as help drive business improvement. The Director will engage directly with stakeholders to identify current needs and assess a potential solution as well as identify new opportunities within the market. This position will provide insight and help drive to execution the overall connected solution across the Fleet business.

Minimum Qualifications/Education:
USD 131,600.00 - 219,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
