The Senior Manager - Business Process Design and Improvement, is a critical position that oversees the delivery and support for process excellence. This position reports directly to Director - Business Process Design and Improvement and serves as a partner by engaging with business leaders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and end-to-end process governance.
This position will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Cox Automotive Mobility's Fleet process design, improvement, standardization, and optimization across the business. This role will also support key strategic initiatives for the business, focusing on transformation potentially including and not limited to: acquisitions, integrations, strategic projects charted by executives, among other initiatives as needed. This position will also help to meet Cox strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, continuous improvement, change management, governance, and communication experience in a global organization, with a track record leading a high performing team and implementing best practices. USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
