Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support the success of customers across 1-2 core products. This role is focused on delivering scalable customer engagement through digital programs, playbooks, and proactive lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, operational efficiency, and leveraging technology to drive impact at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement at Scale: Execute one-to-many customer successstrategies using digital tools, automation, and scalable programs.
  • Playbook Execution & Iteration: Build, refine, and deploy product-specificcustomer success playbooks that guide onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Customer Journey Support: Ensure customers are supported throughout theirlifecycle with timely, relevant resources and touchpoints.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to create and maintaincustomer-facing assets (e.g., webinars, help articles, training modules).
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Track and analyze customer health metrics(adoption, usage, satisfaction) to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Feedback Loop: Capture and share customer insights to inform productimprovements and internal processes.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Support, andMarketing to align customer success efforts with broader company goals.



Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related
    customer-facing role.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or technology products, ideally across multiple
    customer segments.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management skills


Ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
