Position Title: Accounts Receivable
Wage: $25.00 per hour Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm QPS Employment Group has an immediate temporary opening for an experienced Accounts Receivable candidate at a leading Rockford manufacturer. Accounts Receivable Requirements: - Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related administrative work. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing invoices and payments. - Basic understanding of accounting principles, including reconciliation and invoicing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with Plex ERP is a plus). - Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Effective communication skills to coordinate with the Sales Team and other departments. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. rockfordresumes@qpsemployment.com IND017 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
