About the Role We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our growing team and help drive process and product development across our foundry operations. In this hands-on role, you'll bridge design and production-optimizing tooling, improving casting processes, and supporting new product introductions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing. What You'll Do Support new product introductions (NPI) from design through production. Review customer drawings and specifications to support tooling and process design. Assist with gating and feeding system development and validation. Collect and analyze process data to improve quality and efficiency. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to reduce scrap and improve yields. Support process documentation, audits, and PPAP activities. Contribute to lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives. What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant foundry or manufacturing experience. Experience with dry sand, green sand, permanent mold, or investment casting product lines. Knowledge of process improvement, tooling design, and manufacturing documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in both office and foundry environments. Apply Today! Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $75,0000 to $110,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.
