About the Role

We're looking for a Product Engineer to join our growing team and help drive process and product development across our foundry operations. In this hands-on role, you'll bridge design and production-optimizing tooling, improving casting processes, and supporting new product introductions.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing. If you have a passion for engineering, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support new product introductions (NPI) from design through production.
  • Review customer drawings and specifications to support tooling and process design.
  • Assist with gating and feeding system development and validation.
  • Collect and analyze process data to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to reduce scrap and improve yields.
  • Support process documentation, audits, and PPAP activities.
  • Contribute to lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.



What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant foundry or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with dry sand, green sand, permanent mold, or investment casting product lines.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, tooling design, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and foundry environments.

Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $75,0000 to $110,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.

Hours Per Week: 40-45 hours
