Position summary
The Talent Acquisition Data Specialist (1099), plays a critical role in strengthening Nava's data-driven hiring strategies. This position is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting TA data to help inform strategic decisions across recruiting and workforce planning. You'll ensure the Talent Acquisition team has accurate, timely insights into hiring performance, talent trends, and market intelligence to optimize how we attract, engage, and retain talent.Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining dashboards, generating ad hoc and recurring reports, and delivering key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline effectiveness. You will partner with TA teams on project-based analyses, supporting strategic hiring decisions and contributing to the evolution of our Talent Acquisition data platform.

All roles at Nava require the following:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired.
Work authorization that doesn't require visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract.
