Real Estate Coordinator

We have an opportunity for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our Global Facilities team, reporting to the Director of Global Facilities & Real Estate. In this pivotal role, you'll maintain our global lease portfolio, coordinate renewals, expansions, and exits, and align office space strategies with business growth and workforce needs. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, brokers, vendors, and regional leaders to ensure our real estate footprint supports Infoblox's dynamic and scalable operations. This is a remote or hybrid role to be located in VA, NC, GA, FL or other Eastern states.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Maintain and manage Infoblox's global real estate portfolio, including lease tracking, renewals, terminations, and expansions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess office space needs based on headcount growth, business priorities, and hybrid work models
  • Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and vendors to support lease negotiations and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure compliance and alignment in lease agreements and vendor contracts
  • Schedule and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with regional leaders to gather updates and forecast future space needs
  • Support entity formation and location exploration for new offices, including feasibility studies and budget alignment
  • Monitor and manage real estate budgets, ensuring cost-effective decisions that align with company goals
  • Track and report on portfolio metrics, including occupancy, lease expirations, and cost trends
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership on real estate strategy and performance
  • Ensure smooth coordination of operational support for office transitions, including moves, closures, and expansions



Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate coordination or facilities operations
  • Familiarity with global lease management and office portfolio oversight
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across regions and time zones
  • Experience working with brokers, landlords, and vendors in support of lease and operational needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease tracking tools; experience with IWMS or CAFM platforms a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost tracking
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • BS/BA in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field

  • Proactively identify opportunities for portfolio optimization
  • Lead coordination of new office setups and closures with minimal disruption
  • Maintain a real estate dashboard that tracks key metrics and supports strategic planning
  • Be a trusted partner in scaling Infoblox's workplace footprint globally
