Position Summary The Supervisor, Final Operations is responsible for leading the packout team to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely preparation of military, law enforcement, commercial weapons and spare parts. This includes overseeing all final cleaning, preservation, and packaging processes to meet strict customer and regulatory requirements, while ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping. The position drives continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, equipment or facility upgrades, and safety measures. Job Duties
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or engineering related degree is preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements Minimum three years of experience working in a shipping and receiving environment is required. Experience working with military and commercial procedures and contracts is preferred along with previous supervisory experience. Additional requirements of this position include:
Tools Microsoft Office tools, ERP/SAP system. Licenses/Certifications First Responder/First Aid Certification is preferred. Working Conditions Typical manufacturing environment with some travel between buildings and to other locations required. May be exposed to loud noises, toxic chemicals, and dangerous machinery and firearms when on the plant floor or on the range. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds assisted.
