As a trusted partner and leader in providing energy and sustainability consulting services to the federal government, Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) understands the increasing complexity of achieving energy security and data management in a changing world. As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts.

The ERS Division is seeking qualified and proactive applicants to provide Power Platform Development solutions. The successful candidate will work with a small team of data analysts and subject matter experts to design and develop unique and innovative data management solutions in support of energy and water programs within Department of Defense (DoD). This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely while participating in some in-person client and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support mission-critical workflows.
  • Implement and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate, ensuring compliance with GCC High security standards.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational decision-making.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external data sources.
  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP High, ITAR, DFARS, and agency-specific security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, security, compliance, IT) to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users, building organizational fluency in Power Platform.
  • Maintain solution documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and governance artifacts.
  • Contribute to governance frameworks by defining standards, templates, and reusable components.
  • Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend adoption of new features.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience working in M365 GCC High or other secure cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of AZURE services (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus).
  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies, DoD, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and MS TEAMs integration.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and Dataverse.
  • Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Power Platform Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps pipelines (AZURE DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
  • Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents and chatbot development.
  • Experience with custom connectors and API integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable, and reusable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, CMMC, ISO 27001, etc.)
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
