Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide advanced technical leadership and strategic guidance in support of the National Enterprise Engineering (NEE) contract. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the development, integration, and sustainment of high-performance Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) systems that serve the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), the Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and other Federal mission partners. As a engineering authority, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across the full systems engineering lifecycle-driving innovation, ensuring mission resilience, and advancing next-generation GEOINT capabilities that directly support national security objectives. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid- and junior-level systems engineers throughout the requirements, design, integration, testing, and sustainment phases. Qualifications Education & Experience

Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
