Now Hiring: Kitting Room Operator

Location: Acton, MA

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Do



  • Perform daily material handling and inventory transactions in the ERP system (AX)
  • Prepare materials for production, including silicone mixture prep and raw material treatment
  • Operate (or train to operate) forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-moving equipment
  • Keep the Kitting Room clean, organized, and ready for production
  • Communicate clearly with incoming shifts and supervisors
  • Follow all safety, quality, and SOP procedures
  • Assist with cycle counts, housekeeping, and cross-department support (Packaging, Shipping, Receiving)



What We're Looking For



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
  • Willing to learn new processes and train on equipment
