Staffmark is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator in San Jose, CA! Join our Family Resource Center team to support residents of all ages by managing after-school and teen programs, connecting residents to community resources, and coordinating engaging events. This role offers valuable experience in youth development, community outreach, and program management.

Pay: $25/hr | Shift: 1st

What You'll Do:



  • Implement programs focused on Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building
  • Coordinate after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment activities
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local providers
  • Plan community events that foster connection and safety
  • Provide residents with resource referrals
  • Publish monthly newsletters and event calendars
  • Collect and report program outcome data



What You'll Bring:



  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese (required)
  • 4+ years' experience in multi-family housing, social services, or community outreach, or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in after-school or youth educational programs and working with diverse populations
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, and Concur
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (e.g., for food distribution), with minimal physical activity required
