WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Marketing Manager, Resilient Platform Strategy leads the development and execution of a new multi-brand, multi-product platform designed to deliver customer-centric solutions across North America. This role is responsible for building the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, crafting end-to-end marketing communications, and driving measurable growth through full-funnel marketing activation.

Essential Functions:



  • Platform Strategy Development

    • Lead the creation of a new multi-brand, multi-product platform, defining its value proposition, positioning, and customer experience. Collaborate across business units to align on shared goals and execution plans.


  • Go-to-Market Execution

    • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including messaging, campaign planning, and sales enablement. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.


  • Full-Funnel Marketing Activation

    • Own all stages of the marketing funnel - from awareness and consideration to lead generation and conversion. Deploy digital and traditional tactics to drive engagement and business growth.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with product, sales, brand, and digital teams to bring the platform to life. Navigate a matrixed environment to gain alignment and support across multiple stakeholders.


  • Measurement & Optimization

    • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track platform success. Use data-driven insights to refine strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate marketing impact.




This role operates in a highly matrixed, multi-brand environment and is responsible for launching a net-new platform with no existing blueprint. It requires strategic vision, creative problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with agility. The Marketing Manager must balance innovation with enterprise alignment, driving results in a dynamic and evolving space.


IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Bachelors in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • 6-8 + years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or go-to-market planning.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, full-funnel marketing, and campaign development.
  • Strong understanding of multi-brand marketing, customer segmentation, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across business units.
  • Skilled in performance measurement, data analysis, and marketing optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and strategic planning skills.
