Primary Purpose The Family Concierge Coordinator will be responsible for owning a case load, researching resources for internal and external benefits and creating care plans that will be shared with those families. The Family Concierge Coordinator will also continuously support the Family Concierge team with improved resources and materials. This is a remote position based in the United States. Only candidates located in PST or MST will be considered. Candidates located in Washington State or California are not eligible to apply. At Bright Horizons, you're the difference. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $19.35-$24.00. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 69.33 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 64 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule.
