Hexcel is currently seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location. This position can also be located in Casa Grande, AZ, Decatur, AL, or Pottsville, PA. The purpose of this role is to develop, communicate, and drive Continuous Improvement strategy across Americas Business Team, gain alignment and establish a roadmap to integrate CI efforts with Future Factory, R&T, IT, EHS, Supply Chain and other functional groups and ensure best practices are shared and leveraged across Hexcel.
