What is the role about?

The Contract Administrator supports our organization and strategic customers by leading the contract lifecycle process - including contract qualification, commercial negotiation, and continued governance - to generate mutual benefits while limiting risk for E+H. This role also serves as a subject matter expert in our pricing systems, supporting both MRO and project-based business by performing pricing analyses, system implementation, and accurate database maintenance.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, interface with all disciplines (such as project management,legal, marketing, pricing management, product management, services, finance/accounting, and customer) to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies to perform financial/commercial analysis and potential risks for contracts to achieve revenue goals.
  • Evaluate commercial terms and customer purchase patterns to identify risks, margin erosion, and opportunities for improvement in contract performance or pricing strategy.
  • Prepare pricing and contract analyses, including recommendations for adjustments, renewals, or incentives, and present findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools and databases, ensuring pricing accuracy, version control, and timely implementation of approved pricing changes across systems and customer accounts.
  • Lead internal stakeholders' meetings, conduct pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract documents.
  • Perform contract management post-award (governance) activities by evaluating customers' performance under the contract, volume adherence, and coordinating updates or amendments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and affiliates to review commercial requests, analyze pricing proposals, and ensure compliance with established pricing guidelines to limit risk to the Organization.
  • Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, invoices, and coordinate completion of customer performance evaluations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in pricing governance and contract management processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

  • 1-3 years of experience and/or training in contract management or related experience with analysis and reporting functions
  • Strong computer skills required, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SAP, and exposure to Salesforce
