Repair Specialist - Atlanta, GA When surgical instruments are sharpened and working properly, surgeons can focus on providing the best care for their patients. STERIS offers a variety of repair solutions to meet the needs of the Customer including onsite mobile repair services, in house repair lab services, or one of five national repair centers. In this position, you willoverseethe daily work on the mobile repair truck and bethe face of STERIS for our Customers. This position will require occasional overnight travel. This role requires daily travel by driving a company vehicle. If offered this position, STERIS will run a 7 year driving record check, as part of our onboarding process. What You Will Do as a Repair Specialist You will assume the role as onsite lead for 1-2 other Repair Technicians by managing workflow and day to day Customer needs. You will be responsible for mentoring less experienced Repair Technicians. You will repair stainless surgical instrumentation. You will performCustomer and account support tasks, including but not limited to, billing, quality assurance and inventory. You will partner with Field Service Operations Manager to understand and achieve contract compliance and Customer satisfaction for assigned accounts. You will identify and escalate risks and issues within Customer accounts timely and effectively. You will collaborate with assigned team and National Asset Management team to ensure current and new account implementation is effective. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related systems and tools. Must be able to meet flexible schedules with occasional early/ late hours and occasional overnights Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to meet the FMCSA age requirement for commercial interstate driving. Must maintain required vaccines. Pay range for this opportunity is$30.04-$38.87. [ACTION REQUIRED - REMOVE IF NOT APPLICABLE:] This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
