How you will make history here... The Manager, Responsible Sourcing will manage the development and implementation of supplier-related corporate responsibility programs. This role will primarily focus on the implementation of the company's Responsible Sourcing efforts and tie them to business objectives. The role requires leadership, analytical and project management skills to effectively analyze responsible sourcing and risk management strategies and to integrate companywide initiatives. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills are also necessary to proactively engage with stakeholders including cross-functional Company leaders, suppliers, customers and non-government organizations (NGOs). What you will do... The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment. This position will report to the Vice President of Procurement (Ingredients) with a dotted line to the Chief Sustainability Officer and will assist with the development and implementation of tools to manage risk around responsible sourcing for the supply base. This role also has shared oversight of the Sr Analyst, Strategic and Responsible Sourcing. Program Management (70%)

This role requires a technical knowledge of industry standards related to responsible sourcing, including risk mitigation strategies, audit standards and regulatory requirements related to human rights and other social standards. This individual must have the ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment, possess the desire and curiosity to understand emerging trends and competitive activity in the sustainability space, demonstrate business savvy along with strong communication skills and must have excellent leadership skills. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $110,700-$159,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
