Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage the end-to-end relaunch of the customer loyalty financial product program.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including comprehensive timelines, critical milestones, and clear deliverables.
  • Ensure all project streams are in sync and fully aligned with the overall project goals and strategic vision.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of the relaunch.
  • Facilitate regular, productive meetings with all stakeholders to track progress, proactively address issues, and maintain consistent alignment.
  • Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of the project.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and issues continuously, escalating as necessary to senior leadership.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure the success of the relaunch.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular, insightful updates to senior leaders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners critical to the customer loyalty financial product relaunch.
  • Ensure that vendors consistently deliver on their commitments and meet all project requirements.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the customer loyalty financial product relaunch comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns and ensure adherence.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager leading large-scale program relaunches, preferably within financial services or customer loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management, including developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
  • Exceptional ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, IT).
  • Strong background in risk management, including identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and issue escalation.
  • Experience establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project performance to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in vendor management, including relationship management and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to financial products or customer loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and drive alignment.
