Job Summary:

The Global Cordant Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for both the internal teams and customers. This role partners with business leadership, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify goals, audience, project scope, content, and delivery method for each course.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a global training strategy aligned with business objectives and technical excellence goals.
  • Design scalable learning programs including onboarding, technical certifications, leadership development, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of training content (e-learning, instructor-led, blended formats).
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all internal and external training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives support strategic priorities.
  • Partner with external vendors, certification bodies, and academic institutions as needed.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on training impact and progress.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Leverage digital platforms and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training.
  • Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and technologies to enhance training delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience working with end user, consultants with hands on experience in condition monitoring, reliability strategy programs, plant asset maintenances, process industries etc.
  • Proven experience in competency program development, execution, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to work across companies and business/ functional lines to create a cohesive working team, building relationships and delivering projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to adapt and desire to work in a fast-paced, progressive and transformational business environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
