How you will make history...

As anAssociate Warehouse Manager, you'll lead two critical distribution hubs-Lorton and Colonial Heights-through a period of transformation and growth. You'll drive accountability, boost morale, and elevate performance across teams while enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and strengthening customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact service levels, safety culture, and operational excellence, helping Campbell's deliver on its promise to customers and partners.

This role requires overnight travel between two locations on a regular basis - Colonial Heights and Lorton, VA.

What you will do...

  • Oversee daily operations across two warehouse hubs, managing hourly teams responsible for receiving, picking, and cleaning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Quality, and Real Estate.
  • Monitor KPIs such as safety incidents, productivity, and outbound/inbound performance.
  • Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management, including coaching and corrective actions.
  • Ensure visibility and engagement across both sites through regular visits and hands-on leadership.

You'll report to an Area Warehouse Leader and manage teams at bothLorton, VAandColonial Heights, VA. Your direct reports includehourly material handlersandsite coordinators, with oversight ofcontingent workers. You'll collaborate regularly withSales,DRP,Quality, andReal Estateteams, and interact withindependentandexternal partnersto meet distribution goals.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • High School Diploma (Minimum Qualification)
  • Minimum of 5 years in logistics leadership
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational results
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours

Nice to Have:

  • Experience inCPG or food industry

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$71,800-$103,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
