Job OverviewThe Web Developer will provide tangible business value to represented web sites by maintaining workflow, managing content while jointly developing web-based applications for internal and external customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day production for intranet and extranet sites. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining business ownerships of assigned sections of the web sites, developing relationships to ensure quality, integrity, continuity and streamlined messaging for impacted customers. He/she will assist in the training, deployment and production of web-based applications. Develop applications using industry web standards and processes. Engage in strategic planning to meet business requirements. Meet Service Level Agreement standards for production purposes, and comprehend web reports to assess analytical behaviors from a usability standpoint. Work at the highest technical level of all phases of web-based and computer based training technologies. A willingness to travel as required. Must provide portfolio of work. Job Responsibilities:

Travel: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
