Associate Program Admin Conducts analyses and administers programs or portions of programs to ensure fulfillment of program obligations, performance goals, and control of program costs.
Education and Experience Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. Professional entry level position. May have limited prior industry experience or worked with direction in student internship programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of key program administration principles and concepts and general business operations. General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to program administration. Basic understanding of continuous improvement techniques and methods. Ability to research and analyze data and develop recommendations or resolve problems by drawing on internal information; work with only general work direction and instructions regarding the scope of assignments; determine priority and order of assignments. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Proficient with standard business applications software (e.g. databases, spreadsheets, etc.). Ability to establish program plans and report status utilizing program management software. Ability to effectively demonstrate team member co Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit. The employee frequently is required to use hands to operate a computer and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
