DIVISION STATEMENT The Fluid Systems Division (FSD) is a foremost business and technology partner for the aerospace industry, leading the world's premiere aircraft manufacturers through the design and integration of Fuel, Inerting, Gauging, Electronics, and Engine Systems. FSD's products and services advance the profitability of our Customers, and to that end, we invest heavily in our capacity to architect, analyze, build, and test our products in support of ever-more demanding aerospace requirements. POSITION SUMMARY Primary resource for supporting the division in its EH&S initiatives and lean transformation through the implementation of the Parker Lean System (PLS). Position reports to Business Unit Leader and has responsibility for other sites within the division. Ensures full Parker Lean System and EH&S education and implementation in all functional areas at the division, plant, and facility level to ensure consistency and sustainability. Provides leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineers and partners with, develops, and manages the lean team, where appropriate. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
