This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The intern will work in the HR department and will provide support to various HR functions. This role will provide the intern with valuable experience in HR and employee relations. This is an entry-level position, and the HR intern will receive guidance and mentorship from the HR team. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn about the manufacturing industry and gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment. This internship is intended to fill an immediate parttime need during the 2025-2026 academic year, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. The role will transition to a fulltime, onsite position for Summer 2026. Start and end dates are flexible to accommodate academic schedules and availability. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $17.25 - $24.00 per hour.
