Are you a visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and user experience? Do you dream in pixels, prototypes, and post-production timelines? If so, we're looking for a Senior Arts Director to join our small-but-mighty creative team and help shape the future of our brand.

This is your chance to lead high-impact design initiatives across print, digital, and video platforms - from concept to launch - while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Your work won't just be seen. It'll be celebrated.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Arts Director, you'll lead the creation of compelling visual content across print, digital, and video platforms. You'll own the full design lifecycle - from concept to launch - and collaborate across teams to elevate brand consistency, user experience, and campaign impact.

  • Develop and execute multimedia campaigns that align with brand and UI standards
  • Design and produce assets for internal and external promotions, including editing and post-production
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support UI enhancements
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
  • Participate in agile workflows including stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
  • Scout locations, select music/talent, and manage production plans for video projects

What You'll Bring

  • 4-6 years of hands-on design experience with increasing ownership and complexity
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Proficiency in UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong video editing, animation, wireframing, and prototyping skills
  • Experience working in SCRUM or agile environments
  • Strategic design judgment and a user-first mindset
  • Confident communicator who collaborates across levels and disciplines
  • Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck culture
  • Open to feedback and team-driven ideation

Special Role Requirements

  • This position is 100% on-site in Albany, NY and Springfield, MO
  • Occasional travel will be necessary
  • No direct reports, but may lead multimedia projects and coordinate with external vendors
  • Must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and working cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and designers

Salary range is $63600 to $112800
