Exciting opportunity to join a growing 3D Manufacturing company as a 3D Printing Service Technician and work on really cool 3D printers!

*Requires availability to work onsite Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our Phoenix, Arizona location.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking to add a new 3DP Service Technician to our team to support daily operations, maintain equipment, and ensure the continued excellence of our additive manufacturing services. In this role, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and servicing of 3D printing equipment and supporting facilities, troubleshooting and repairing machines, managing service tickets and replacement parts with OEMs, and ensuring consistent equipment uptime. This position includes hands-on training and development toward advanced service responsibilities, requiring strong problem-solving skills, independence, and attention to detail when tracking, recording, and resolving equipment issues.

What You'll Do

As a 3D Printing Service Technician I, you'll support the daily operations of our production floor by maintaining equipment, performing print runs, and ensuring that every part meets strict quality standards.

Your day-to-day will include:



  • Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of 3D printers and related technologies (HP, Markforged, Formlabs, and Stratasys).
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure equipment uptime and optimal performance.
  • Logging maintenance activity, print data, and QA/QC results using internal tracking systems (including Fiix).
  • Supporting print preparation, execution, and post-processing workflows.
  • Assisting with equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations.
  • Communicating with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to manage service tickets and replacement parts as needed.
  • Maintaining an organized, safe, and compliant production environment (AS9100 and OSHA standards).


What You'll Need for Success



  • Availability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude-experience fixing or servicing equipment (auto mechanic, HVAC, etc.) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a strong quality-control mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards a plus.
  • Experience with or personal interest in 3D printing technologies preferred.
