JOB SUMMARY: The Intensive Aftercare Program (IAP) supports families who are involved with the child welfare system for child safety concerns. As the Reunification Worker, you will create care plans for families where children have been placed out of the home, to address the families' unique needs so that children can return home. The Reunification Community Worker provides services including: parenting support, school monitoring, random drug testing, curfew checks, job hunting, and/or crisis intervention. LOCATION: Kenosha, WI. Local travel is required to meet clients and families within the home or other community spaces. Mileage reimbursement is provided. SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one evening shift per week (1:00-9:00pm) and 1-2 Saturdays per month. WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP?
