Staffmark is hiring an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you'll be the face of the community building relationships, boosting occupancy, and creating an exceptional living experience for every resident and prospect. Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $19 - $23/hr. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage with prospects and residents-creating a warm, professional first impression. Conduct property tours showcasing apartment features, amenities, and community highlights. Manage leasing activity, from answering inquiries to preparing lease paperwork and move-in materials. Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely responses and exceptional service. Use property management and lead tracking systems to follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and neighborhood perks to effectively position your community. Support resident retention efforts by sending renewals, processing requests, and ensuring positive experiences. Keep the leasing office organized and visually appealing to reflect the quality of the community. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, confident demeanor. A passion for sales, marketing, and helping people find their ideal home. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices preferred. Familiarity with property management software (Yardi experience a plus!). Dependable attendance and a professional, positive attitude.
