Are you a people person with a flair for communication, a passion for real estate, and a drive to help others find their perfect home? Staffmark is hiring an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you'll be the face of the community building relationships, boosting occupancy, and creating an exceptional living experience for every resident and prospect.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $19 - $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Welcome and engage with prospects and residents-creating a warm, professional first impression.
  • Conduct property tours showcasing apartment features, amenities, and community highlights.
  • Manage leasing activity, from answering inquiries to preparing lease paperwork and move-in materials.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely responses and exceptional service.
  • Use property management and lead tracking systems to follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and neighborhood perks to effectively position your community.
  • Support resident retention efforts by sending renewals, processing requests, and ensuring positive experiences.
  • Keep the leasing office organized and visually appealing to reflect the quality of the community.




Qualifications:



  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, confident demeanor.
  • A passion for sales, marketing, and helping people find their ideal home.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi experience a plus!).
  • Dependable attendance and a professional, positive attitude.
  • Tax credit experience, bi-lingual preferred, lease-up experience preferred, multifamily experience a must, experience with in-house compliance preferred (192 units)
