What You'll Do:
- Manage daily construction operations across multiple pipeline rehabilitation projects.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and site maps to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
- Track progress, budgets, and resource allocation to meet established goals.
- Lead pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings with customers and partners.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites.
- Manage material procurement, RFIs, submittals, and documentation throughout project life cycle.
What We Need:
- 3+ years of experience managing construction projects valued at $1M+ annually.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure preferred.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Financial and cost-tracking awareness; ability to monitor budgets and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel as needed (~25%).
