Position Overview

The Lead Organizational Development Partner, Surveys & Employee Voice leads the enterprise listening strategy and serves as the central curator of employee insights across Exact Sciences. While not the owner of all feedback channels, this role synthesizes listening inputs from across the enterprise to identify patterns, highlight priorities, and drive coordinated action. It connects formal surveys, informal feedback, and sentiment trends into a unified, accessible story for leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders. This role reports to the VP, Organizational Development and is Madison based.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as the central integrator of employee insights from across the organization including surveys, assimilation sessions, feedback tools, onboarding/exit interviews, and other internal listening efforts.
  • Build and maintain enterprise-level visibility into trends, themes, and sentiment patterns across functions and lifecycle stages.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to integrate program initiatives into the COE's communications strategy, ensuring timely delivery and targeted promotion of tools and resources.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking against industry best practices to strengthen our employee listening practices.
  • Maintain and evolve the enterprise listening rhythm.
  • Align formal (Gallup, GPTW, onboarding surveys, exit surveys) and informal (coffee chats, assimilation) channels to business timing and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead partnerships with Gallup, GPTW, and other vendors.
  • Coordinate timelines, communications, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Identify leadership insight themes and propose prioritized areas for enablement support in partnership with the Leader Enablement & Onboarding OD Partner.
  • Define content needs, target behaviors, and delivery timing based on survey results and organizational readiness.
  • Collaborate to ensure those insights are translated into system-embedded tools that appear in the flow of work including nudges, messages, and manager prompts.
  • Partner with Performance, Culture, Leadership, and Career leads and other key stakeholders (i.e., Wellness) to ensure employee voice informs their work.
  • Support shared insight translation and cross-functional storytelling.
  • Build highlight decks, dashboards, and data summaries that help leaders interpret survey results, set priorities, and demonstrate that action taken is fueled by feedback.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work designated schedule.
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Degree/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 7+ years in HR and/or Organizational Development/Learning and Development function, with demonstration of in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge, and increasing responsibility, exposure and scope.
  • 3+ years leading or supporting survey strategy, employee listening, or voice-of-the-employee initiatives at scale.
  • 2+ years of experience synthesizing feedback and presenting actionable insights to business leaders or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.
    Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development/Behavior and/or Adult Learning/education and/or HR.
  • Experience curating insight from multiple channels (i.e., surveys, exit data, pulse feedback, onboarding)
  • Proven ability to turn sentiment data into insight stories, action themes, or enablement priorities.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement frameworks (i.e., Gallup Q12, Great Place to Work), cultural measurement tools, or feedback analytics platforms.

Salary Range:

$109,000.00 - $185,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
