Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift (3:30pm-2:00am)

This role requires a hands-on problem-solver with expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll perform preventive maintenance and diagnose malfunctions. Be prepared to use a variety of tools, interpret technical documents, and collaborate with a supportive team.

* Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and adhering to SAFETY-LOTO procedures at all times.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose complex machine malfunctions across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

* Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively to diagnose and repair equipment.

* Dismantle and reassemble equipment for repairs, utilizing hoists, cranes, and various tools.

* Repair or replace defective parts, ensuring functionality and adherence to manufacturer specifications.

* Operate machinery and devices to test functionality after repairs.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.

* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

* Ability to read and interpret complex diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.

* Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.

* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality repairs.

* Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a collaborative spirit.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
