The Occupational Therapist - Neonatal Research will oversee the multisensory interventions for enrolled babies in the neonatal intensive care unit and adjust the intervention plan as needed for individual babies. This person will be responsible for performing detailed education with families of enrolled participants, performing multisensory interventions as needed, and training support staff members, and other duties as assigned. The therapist will use expertise of infant development along with methods of modeling and guidance to assist, support, and promote parents to effectively conduct sensory interventions. Job Duties
