Position Summary: Under direct supervision, level one thermal spray operators interpret and follow work instruction, performing basic thermal spray operations such as masking, loading and unloading product, and basic inspection operations using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers requiring competencies in basic shop math and print reading. Additionally, under direct supervision they will demonstrate the ability to correctly achieve the required recipe and combination of thermal spray components, including gas mix, flame, air flow, and powder to achieve customer specifications Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
