What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and tape measures accurately
• Perform precise layouts, drilling, and assembly of electrical components
• Install and wire operator stations, panels, and control systems
• Apply electrical control theory to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Perform I/O troubleshooting, motor control, and startup testing
• Conduct cable installation and pre-wire work to ensure system reliability
• Maintain organized materials and uphold quality assurance standards
• Work collaboratively and demonstrate strong leadership skills within a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of industrial electrical or control wiring experience
• Background in construction, industrial maintenance, or automation preferred
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, PLCs, and troubleshooting methods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on technical work
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and a strong team player

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay: $27 - $30 per hour | Depending on exprience
