Pay: $27 - $31.09/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Plumber, you'll install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial plumbing systems following manufacturer specs and safety standards. You'll troubleshoot issues, read schematics and blueprints, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and keep accurate service records. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair piping, water lines, compressed air lines, drain systems, and plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, boilers, etc.)
• Perform maintenance on plumbing systems, including leak repairs, backflows, and filtration systems
• Conduct site visits and surveys for installation and repair estimates
• Prepare takeoffs for labor and materials
• Complete documentation: timesheets, service reports, and expense logs
• Participate in safety training and on-call rotations
• Maintain tools and vehicles

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and Plumbing Apprenticeship completion
• 5+ years plumbing service and remodel experience
• Valid driver's license and Journeyman License
• Able to read blueprints and follow safety policies
• Basic math and technical plumbing skills
• Safety-focused, professional, and respectful
• Clear communicator, timely task completion
• Strong organizational skills; works independently and in teams
• Customer-oriented and adaptable
• Punctual and prepared
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and work in varied environments
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
