Environmental Health and Safety Specialist \| Utilimaster \| Bristol, IN (Main) Regular Employee \| Salary Non-Exempt \| $70,000.00 - 80,000.00 What you'll do: As the EHS Specialist for Utilimaster (A Shyft Brand) based at our facility in Bristol, IN, you will enjoy maintaining a safe and compliant work environment through comprehensive safety training, regular inspections, and meticulous adherence to occupational guidelines and regulations. You will also be accountable for managing plant-wide EHS and sustainability programs while playing a key role in fostering an incident-free environment and continuously improving EHS performance. You will also: Conduct safety training and regular inspections Generate EHS assessment reports and ensure regulatory compliance Manage plant EHS and sustainability programs Implement and maintain safety and environmental management systems Spearhead incident investigations and drive EHS workplace performance What you need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field preferred Three or more (3+) years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations Proficient in Microsoft 365 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required Why The Shyft Group?
