Survey Data Processor - Mailouts (hourly)

Job Description


Westat is seeking an individual to assist with assembling paper-based mailouts for various projects within out practice areas. Candidate must be a good communicator and work effectively in a group setting. The role requires the ability to assemble paper-based mailouts with good attention to detail, data accuracy, with adherence to confidentiality standards is a high priority.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
  • Follow established protocols for handling sensitive information
  • Review and code incoming survey responses according to project guidelines
  • Assemble paper-based surveys and letters into outgoing envelopes
  • Assemble postcards

Basic Qualifications:

  • Data processing or administrative work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in data processing or administrative work
  • Some knowledge of survey processing
  • High school diploma or GED

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
