Property Integrations and Program Manager

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Property Management professional to support our Global Property Asset Management Director in delivering exceptional service to a leading technology client. You'll drive operational excellence across multiple markets while helping integrate our property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Work Schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time preferred) Travel requirements: 30% travel required Reports to: Global Property Asset Management Director Additional Perks: 20% annual salary bonus, company provided cell phone, laptop, travel reimbursement, & Flex PTO Estimated compensation for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000 annually The compensation range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. What You'll Do

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Implement property management best practices, policies, and procedures across all client markets
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Drive performance metrics and KPI achievement across the property management portfolio
  • Conduct detailed property performance analysis and prepare executive-level reports

Market Operations & Site Management

  • Lead on-site property assessments, audits, and performance evaluations across multiple markets
  • Coordinate with local market teams to ensure consistent service delivery standards Identify and implement operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities

Team Development

  • Develop and deliver training programs for property management staff
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between markets and service lines

Client Partnership

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the brokerage community
  • Partner with Transaction Management account teams
  • Develop client-facing materials and performance reports

Financial Oversight

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Review financial reports and client presentations
  • Ensure compliance with client and JLL financial reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with accounting teams for accurate and timely financial deliverables

Technology & Process Innovation

  • Implement new technologies and digital solutions
  • Standardize processes and procedures across markets
  • Integrate data analytics and AI tools into daily operations
  • Coordinate system implementations and technology rollouts
What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of commercial property management experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-market or portfolio-level operations
  • Experience with large corporate clients or technology companies (preferred)
  • Track record of successful team leadership and development

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis)
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation abilities
  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with building operating systems and maintenance management platforms

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • Real Property Administrator (RPA)

  • Strong leadership presence with ability to influence across teams
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Technical Expertise:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of property management operations (leasing, maintenance, financial management)
  • Understanding of commercial real estate markets and industry trends
  • Knowledge of building systems, capital planning, and vendor management

Communication:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Proven relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights
Travel & Work Environment
  • Travel: 30-50% travel to property locations across multiple markets; overnight travel required
  • Work Environment: Combination of office and on-site property environments; may work in various weather conditions during inspections
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; navigate construction sites safely
  • Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend work as needed

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
