How You'll Perform the Role

The first 3 months require training during the day (6 am-2:30 pm), Monday through Friday.

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and designated Leads, this position operates a machine that takes in paper, folds it, and glues it to produce bags of various sizes, shapes, and grades. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
  • Performs quality checks and completes related documentation.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Comply with established plant rules and procedures that promote compliance with customer service-related activities.
  • Following run-order specifications for each product.
  • Following pre-requisite programs in compliance with SQF Code, Manufacture of Food Packaging, and food safety requirements.
  • Following all Good Manufacturing Practices in compliance with all Food Safety Requirements.
  • Actively engage in value-added activities that enhance our products and processes.
  • Understand and follow all JSAs and safety procedures/policies.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.


What We Need From You

  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical position.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.



The first 3 months require training during the day (6 am-2:30 pm), Monday through Friday, before transitioning to the hired shift.

Pay Rate: $ 19.00/hour

Shift Available: 2nd & 3rd shift

Shift schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift differential: $.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift only and $.75 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift
