Senior NPI Program Manager

You'll collaborate closely with R&D Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and external manufacturing partners to drive alignment, identify and mitigate risks, and lead your programs to successful execution. A strong blend of technical acumen, operational insight, and leadership ability is essential.

This is a full-time temporary onsite position requiring daily collaboration with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, and product teams.

• Lead end-to-end NPI program execution across hardware product lines-from early-stage development to production ramp and lifecycle support.

• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of new products into operations.

• Own and manage detailed project schedules, program deliverables, and risk mitigation plans across cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Drive manufacturing readiness, ensuring BOMs (Product and FRU), packaging, configuration structures, and supply chain systems are set up correctly in Agile PLM and Oracle ERP.

• Guide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and operational feedback upstream, influencing product architecture for cost, quality, and scalability.

• Lead build planning and execution for NPI development builds, and support Manufacturing Validation testing (MVT) with appropriate KPIs.

• Act as a primary liaison between Supply Chain and cross-functional project stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and removing roadblocks.

• Manage communications and escalations across all levels of the organization, including executive reporting and stakeholder presentations.

• Provide structure and clarity to projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, facilitating Scrum ceremonies where applicable.

• Champion continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of operations program management experience, ideally in hardware or electro-mechanical product environments.

• 5+ years of experience in applied engineering and supply chain integration.

• PMP Certification and Six Sigma training are preferred but not required.

• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional and global teams.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, line layout, takt time, lean principles, and flow production.

• Deep understanding of how material flows through the supply chain from order to final product delivery.

• Excellent problem-solving skills using structured methodologies and root cause analysis.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.

• High level of organizational planning, prioritization, and resource management capability.

• Ability to lead with influence, initiative, and strategic thinking.

• Comfortable managing multiple complex programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
