The RoleIn this position, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products before they are released to our global customers. You will have a direct impact by executing comprehensive test plans and working with a collaborative team to deliver stable, efficient, and reliable solutions that help safeguard quality and timely project progression. Your Impact
  • Execute manual test cases and test scripts to identify and report software defects.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and developers to understand project requirements and support test plan creation.
  • Document and report software variances and other issues using Jira with clear and concise steps for reproduction.
  • Provide feedback on the user experience and usability to improve product quality.
  • Help maintain and organize test documentation, including test cases, test results, and bug reports.
  • Assist in creating training materials and project documentation as needed.
  • Support test automation efforts by executing automated test scripts under the guidance of senior team members.
What You'll Need
  • Associate's degree in software development, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience with software testing.
  • Basic knowledge of computer architecture, networking, databases, and operating systems.
  • Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
  • Ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-rounded analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • 0-5% travel required. Opportunities for more travel may arise.
  • Familiarity with a scripting language, such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira) gained through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
The salary range for this role is $67,400.00 - $84,200.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
