We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health and Hospice Educator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care through comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and continuous education of our home health and hospice staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering professional growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing clinical competencies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Current RN licensure. 2. Valid driver's license. 3. CPR instructor certification within 3 months of hire. 4. OASIS certified within 1 year. EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum of 5 years of Home Care or Hospice Nursing experience. 2. Proven experience in education, training, and staff development.
