About the role You will be responsible for ensuring financial and non-financial transactions and interactions are handled according to regulatory requirements, quality standards and published procedures. Responsible for helping to drive quality standards and practices and may act as a subject matter expert for procedure and training efforts. What you'll do in this role Transaction and Customer/Agent/Broker Interaction Review Conduct review of financial and non-financial transactions, document results. provide feedback and trend analysis to management and employees.
