     TS/SCI POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): The Lead Engineer will utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of building systems and equipment. The role includes monitoring building system operations and performance, utilizing trade skills in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, fire and life safety systems, painting, and roof systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
